GuildHUB’s team comprises tax, accounting and legal specialists from The Guild and Kitsons.
Chris is a chartered accountant who joined The Guild in 2005. Over that period he has enjoyed working with our clients and his colleagues on numerous compliance issues.
After qualifying with EY, Chris held senior finance roles at Sedgwick plc, BT plc and Fuji Photo Film (UK) Ltd.
Cristian joined The Guild in 2010 having been in private practice with Eversheds and then Thrings. He is The Guild’s in-house solicitor and runs the legal department.
Cristian has 12 years’ experience in employment law, with a recent focus on tax and employment status.
Dave joined The Guild in 2010 and specialises in Tax.
He has 30 years’ experience as a Tax Adviser within the Construction Industry, specialising in compliance and status issues.
Ed has been part of The Guild’s legal department since 2010. He focuses on employment law and tax status as well as data protection and other ad hoc legal and HR matters.
Ed graduated with a degree in philosophy from the University of Southampton in 2006. He then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and passed the Bar Vocational Course, both at the College of Law. A few years later, Ed earned a distinction on the Legal Practice Course at London Metropolitan University.
Anastacia joined The Guild’s legal department in March 2020 as a paralegal, having worked as an analyst in a multinational investment bank.
Anastacia graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Leicester, having spent her penultimate year studying at the University of Helsinki. She then earned a distinction on the Legal Practice Course with a masters in Law, Business and Management from the University of Law.
Rhodri is the Managing Partner of Kitsons LLP.
He deals with all aspects of employment law and is known for his pragmatic advice and HR support to clients, including advice on restructuring and redundancy, business transfers, drafting policies and contracts, defending Employment Tribunal claims and appeals in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Jayme is a Partner and the Head of Employment at Kitsons LLP.
She provides commercially-focused, industry-specific advice to employers, working with HR professionals and boards to proactively minimise the risk of litigation. Jayme also has extensive experience of the employment aspects of corporate transactions including company and business sales and purchases, MBOs and mergers.
Rory qualified as a solicitor in October 2012 and specialises in employment law.
As part of the Kitsons employment team, Rory acts for Claimants and Respondents and has been involved in complex cases that have received national press attention. Rory also advises clients in relation to the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR 2016.
Rosie is a Solicitor in Kitsons Employment team, having completed her training contract with Kitsons in September 2016.
Rosie works closely with Jayme Nicholson acting for employers and employees and providing HR support to a number of businesses to proactively minimise the risk of litigation. Rosie also has a keen interest in the employment aspects of commercial transactions.
