Chris Methley
Chris is a qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young. He has worked at the Guild for 15 years during which time he has supported clients in responding to various legislative and compliance challenges. Before the Guild he worked in senior finance roles at BT plc, Sedgwick plc and Fuji Photo Film (UK) Ltd.
Dave Doyle
Dave joined The Guild in 2010 and specialises in Tax.
He has 30 years’ experience as a Tax Adviser within the Construction Industry, specialising in compliance and status issues.
Richard Clutterbuck
Richard recently joined The Guild having spent 28 years in HMRC as a Compliance specialist before working in Accountancy where he specialised in supporting clients who had HMRC Employment and CIS tax enquiries and issues.
Peter Smallwood
Peter has worked with The Guild since 2010 and is the Public Affairs Manager. He uses his extensive network of contacts across the political spectrum in order to stand up for the self-employed workforce in the UK and lobby on their behalf.
Jas Singarda
Jas joined The Guild in 2014 and is the Compliance & Business Development Manager. She works with our clients to ensure that all CIS tax and employment status issues are dealt with in the most compliant way possible.
Rhodri Davey
Rhodri is the Managing Partner of Kitsons LLP.
He deals with all aspects of employment law and is known for his pragmatic advice and HR support to clients, including advice on restructuring and redundancy, business transfers, drafting policies and contracts, defending Employment Tribunal claims and appeals in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
Jayme Nicholson
Jayme is a Partner and the Head of Employment at Kitsons LLP.
She provides commercially-focused, industry-specific advice to employers, working with HR professionals and boards to proactively minimise the risk of litigation. Jayme also has extensive experience of the employment aspects of corporate transactions including company and business sales and purchases, MBOs and mergers.
Rory Wakeling
Rory qualified as a solicitor in October 2012 and specialises in employment law.
As part of the Kitsons employment team, Rory acts for Claimants and Respondents and has been involved in complex cases that have received national press attention. Rory also advises clients in relation to the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR 2016.
Rosie Evans
Rosie is a Solicitor in Kitsons Employment team, having completed her training contract with Kitsons in September 2016. Rosie works closely with Jayme Nicholson acting for employers and employees and providing HR support to a number of businesses to proactively minimise the risk of litigation. Rosie also has a keen interest in the employment aspects of commercial transactions.
