Is overregulation of the freelance market hurting the UK economy?

Thursday 18th May, 11:00 AM

In this webinar, our panel of speakers will take a detailed look at:

  • the importance of self-employment for the UK economy
  • the politics of self-employment
  • the impact of the 2021 IR35 reforms
  • sectors most affected by overregulation
  • hindrances to entrepreneurship and how they might be resolved
  • predictions for 2024 and beyond

Our expert guest, John Redwood MP, will be joined by Cristian Ley, Peter Smallwood, and Richard Clutterbuck of The Guild, where they will offer a detailed view on why the relaxation of current freelancer regulations could be healthy for the UK economy.

This webinar will also hold a Q&A session, during which a selection of live audience questions will be put to the panel.

If you are unable to make the date, please still sign up, and we will send you a link that will allow you to watch the webinar on-demand at any time.

We look forward to hosting you for what should be a lively and informative debate.
